You sure are giving those hammies a good old stretch today. They seemed to be playing ball towards the later part of the video. Nice bound lotus too plus my favourite reclining leg behind head. Looked excellent.

Serious question ( – I know, it’s a bit of a shock) but do you pratcise every day? What is a “normal” day or week like in terms of your practices? Just curious.

Your videos are beautiful. Is there anyway you could do any how to videos.

@rolandsc …2-3 times week train for “deep stretching” 1-1.5hrs, otherwise spot stretch few <30 min & split up time wherever i am, ie. kitchen, laundry, outside with pups, sitting in car, errands with mother, etc etc

sneak in mini session of stretches throughout the day whenever have few free moments!

@Philbisregin …cheaters like me need little momentum to help with the lift…he, he!
    thanks for noticing smooth move…

@undeadlifter …verbal instruction is not my forte. only advice can give is for you to practice what you see for 10-20hrs/ week for 10 years to be GOOD…& if you start young (pre-teen) can be a contortionist. If no sharp pain then you are doing it right, feel dull sensation in muscle to s-t-r-e-t-c-h. takes a lot of practice & work…most don’t want to put in the time!

i looked this up because i want to do cheerleading,….. not a contortionist :P
