Weightloss Diets
What is a weightloss diet? That seems like a silly question.
Yet, a diet that consists of weightloss often times ends up in
weight gain.
So, really, is the diet about weightloss or weight gain?
If you really want to lose weight there are a few very basic
things you can do
that will enhance that weightloss without a stressful diet.
1. Learn more about how to balance your body with prebiotics
and probiotics. If your body is screaming for nutrition and
you're intestines are blocked by fecal matter and an imbalance
of good bacteria, then it will not stop screaming no matter how
much you eat, you will continue to be craving food and be in a
constant state of deprivation anxiety.
2. Walk at least an hour everyday. My husband and I get up
at 5:45 am every morning in order to walk 1.5 hours everyday.
Weightloss diets are a lot easier if you exercise and trying to
lose weight without exercise is very likely going to lead to
weight gain.
3. Drink a gallon of non-clorinated, non-distilled water
everyday.
